HSE POLICY 

Terawell considers the management of its Environmental, Health and Safety responsibilities in courses of our operations as its first priority as well Protecting
employees and third parties from ill health, injury or harm together is an essential part of Terawell operations Strategies.
The Senior management team is committed to reducing HSE risks to a level which is as low as reasonably practicable’ (ALARP) and maintain a high standard of HSE performance throughout all company operations.

 Objectives 

• Compliance with Yemen & Region Law and recognized industry best practices is
the Minimum acceptable standard, with continuous cost-effective improvement in our
performance.
• The systematic identification of risks to health and safety, and implementation of
measures to control risk to an acceptable level through the Risk Assessment Matrix
(RAM).
• In consultation with employees, periodically setting and publishing specific health
and safety targets progress towards achieving the targets will be continuously monitored
by QMSE Manager and the Senior Management Team.
• Recognizing that the management of health and safety is a prime responsibility of
line management. The company depends on the co-operation, support and commitment
of all employees to achieve the objective of this policy
• Dedicate sufficient resource to ensure environmentally friendly performance.
• In order to encourage t b full commitment of employees, the company will ensure
that:
A. Employees of their representative are involved and consulted on matters of health
and safety.
B. All employees at all levels are aware of their general and specific responsibilities for
health and safety.
C. All employees receive appropriate information and training and are competent to carry
out their duties and responsibilities.
D. This policy and its objective are communicated, understood and implemented and
maintained at all Levels in the organization. This will be achieved by periodic review and
auditing of this system to ensure its adequacy and effectiveness.
E. The right of any employee to intervene in unsafe situations is upheld and encouraged
without detriment to the employee.

 

 

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Terawell Adopts a policy of respect and protection towards the environment. The company operates in Yemen and in accordance to GCC countries and customer`s and according to ISO 14001 : 2015 Environmental Law and Regulations

Waste and rubbish disposal from work sites is segregated in separate waste skips. It is then disposed of on regular basis per local waste disposal guidelines.
Terawells Management adheres to the environment protection policy and is committed to the environment in our business activities.

 Objective 

• Is to continuously improve environmental performance to install sense of civic awareness in our employees and to others.
• To meet these responsibilities, Terawells adheres to the following set of procedural principles:
• Set meaningful goals for environmental performance that are measurable and
• monitor Progress against these goals with the aim of achieving continued improvement.
• Devote sufficient resources to ensure environmentally friendly performance.
• Foster environmental awareness and responsibility in our employees and providing
• training.
• Advice promptly, appropriate official employees of information on significant industry
• related safety, health and environmental hazards and recommend remedial or protective
• measures.
• Design, install and manage the operation of our equipment and facilities in manner,
• which protects the environment and health and safety of our employees and public.
• Make environmental and safety considerations a priority in our planning when we do
• any work



 QUALITY  POLICY

The policy of Terawell Company is to provide oilfield services, Oilfield Equipment, Waste Management, Safety training, Safety Equipments, Logistics services, Customs/Ports Services, Man-Power Services, Electrical & Instrument Equipments and project management services in line with agreed contract requirements, meeting the expectations of the clients, within an agreed budget and resulting in a profit acceptable to the Shareholders.

 The Quality Policy of the Company is: 

• To establish and maintain a Quality Management System which satisfies the requirements of
• ISO 9001:2015, and any other Client specific quality requirements.
• To consistently provide products and services in a manner that will satisfy Client
• requirements in all respects.
• To implement appropriate actions to address any risks and opportunities associated with
• internal / external issues, and to meet the needs and expectations of interested parties.
• To ensure ail Company personnel are fully competent to carry out their assigned task.
• To strive to continually improve our services provided to Clients, through the use of this
• Quality Policy, quality objectives, performance evaluations including audit results, corrective
• actions and at Management Review.
• To establish annual quality objectives at strategic and operational levels within the
• Company, that will be measured and reported upon at the management review meeting.
• To control and continually monitor all projects undertaken.
• To comply as a minimum with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
• To review the Quality management system at planned intervals to ensure it is effective and
• achieving the stated quality policy.
• The Directors are fully committed to the above and actively encourage a similar commitment
• By personnel at all levels of the Company.
• This Quality Policy is evaluated as part of the overall review of the Quality Management
• System to establish its stated objectives are met.
